Booking & Payments Policy

Payment Options

  • Prepay at Booking — Pay in full during checkout.
  • Pay at Install — No upfront charge; pay when the work is complete (card, tap, or other accepted methods).

Cancel / Reschedule Windows

  • Two-Hour Cutoff: Please make any changes at least 2 hours before your appointment start time so we can reallocate the slot.

If You Prepaid

  • Cancel ≥ 2 hours before: 100% refund.
  • Cancel < 2 hours or No-Show: Refund minus a $25 late cancellation/no-show fee.
  • How refunds work: Refunds go back to your original payment method.

If You Pay at Install

  • Cancel ≥ 2 hours before: No fee.
  • Cancel < 2 hours or No-Show: A $25 late cancellation/no-show fee may be invoiced before rebooking. Rebooking after a late cancel/no-show may require prepayment.

What Counts as a No-Show

  • Our installer arrives within the appointment window and cannot access the site, or no adult (18+) is available to approve locations.
  • We wait a reasonable period (typically 15 minutes) without successful contact.

Courtesy & Exceptions

  • We get that life happens—first-time courtesy waivers may be granted at our discretion for emergencies, severe weather, or illness.
  • Fees never apply to appointments we reschedule or cancel.
